Behind BCommit is someone truly passionate about employer branding and internal communication, with over 7 years of experience in the field

is a Brand Studio founded by Sandra Francia Sanchez, it seamlessly integrates Employer branding, HR Marketing, Internal communication & Branding, Engagement, and content.

My career on that field began in 2018 as part of the Recruiting Marketing & Internal Communication team at Accenture, at a time when these topics were still barely spoken about in Spain. I was fortunate to be surrounded by exceptional professionals, developing successful data-driven attraction and engagement strategies.

I later spent over three years working at agencies, both digital marketing and HR marketing, serving clients at a national and international level across industries like banking, pharma, chemical, retail, and technology. I also worked closely with key platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other job boards, which broadened my perspective and deepened my expertise.

After that, I had the opportunity to build the Employer Branding team at EY Spain, supporting the firm’s five main business lines across its 15 offices in the country: Business and Technology Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, Assurance, Tax & Legal and Core Business Services.

From developing the employee value proposition to leading targeted campaigns to address the talent crisis, we created solutions that made a real difference.

Entrepreneurship is a core part of who I am. That’s why, in addition to leading BCommit, I co-created a podcast focused on employer branding, where we interview industry experts, share trends, practical cases, and insights on how to build authentic and effective employer brands. Always with an inside-out approach, because we believe a strong employer and corporate brand is built from the inside out.
